Wayne Wallace, Hallmark '05 graduate, started the HIPsters Network in March of 2007 as a way to bring together current students and alumni for networking, inspiration, and support.

HIPster Photo Blog
The blog is a place where HIPster can share their images and success stories with the world. As a HIPster you are expected to make regular posts to the blog. The blog has a large following from around the world who read it regularly.
HIPster Announcement List
After you sign up below you will receive periodic email announcements with job leads, event information, and other items of interest. As a HIPster you will also be allowed to broadcast messages to all your fellow HIPsters.
HIPster Message Board
The HIPster message board is an online forum where you can post questions, recieve feedback, and get advice and encouragement from your fellow HIPsters. The HIPster message board has both open and private areas.
Open Forum - Anyone can join in the open forum discussions
HIPsters Only - Only official HIPsters can participate in these discussions
Alumni Success Group - A special success mentoring group for alumni only

Why Are We HIPsters?
Hipsters by original definition are people who are strongly associated with a subculture that considers itself hip and cool. Hipsters is a term for those devoted to forms of expression that are popular, trendsetters, and not of the main stream.
Hallmark HIPsters definitely fit into that category of cool, hip people that are part of a trend setting subculture. Plus HIP is the acronym for Hallmark Institute of Photography -- how convenient!
So, Hallmark HIPsters are graduates and current students at the Hallmark Institute of Photography. We have a strong bond no matter what year we graduated. We have the same training and we've endured the same trials.
We are one, we are many and we are proud to be part of this HIP subculture we call Hallmark!

The only requirement is that you are a current student or alumni of Hallmark. Please fill out the form below to get started. Please fill out all the entries in the form so we can validate your status as a student and or graduate.
What Happens Next?
After we verify that you are an actual student or graduate of Hallmark you will be added as a contributing author of the HIPsters Photo Blog, you will receive the HIPster Announcements and you will be granted access to the Private HIPsters only areas within the HIPsters Message Board.
